The Parish of Cheddleton contains a wealth of beautiful walks in and around the unspoilt Churnet Valley.

In total, there are 85 Public Rights of Way through and around the villages of Cheddleton and Wetley Rocks, which the Parish Council's Footpaths and Countryside Committee continuously monitors for accessibility and maintenance requirements, working with landowners and Staffordshire County Council.
